His international journey, which began in 2007, is rooted in a steadfast commitment to integrity, excellence, equity, and service—values that shape every institution he leads.

A proven pioneer in education, Dr. Caruso has served as Headmaster, Founding Principal, and Director General in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Australia. His expertise spans the UK, US, Australian, UAE, and Chinese education systems, with notable achievements including:
- Founding a bilingual international school in Chinaand specialist campuses in Australia.
- Steering a UAE school to recognition as a “Remarkable International School”(The Knowledge Review, 2020).
- Receiving the MECC Award for Euro Excellence(2024) for fostering Sino-Europe collaboration in the Greater Bay Area.
Academic Distinction
Dr. Caruso holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including Master’s and Doctoral qualifications from Australian institutions including the University of Melbourne. A lifelong learner, he recently completed the Artificial Intelligence Programme at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
