In order to comprehensively improve the quality of kindergarten education and standardize the behavior of running kindergartens; on October 23, 2025, the Xishan District Education Bureau of Wuxi City organized an inspection composed of supervision expert group to carry out comprehensive supervision and developmental planning evaluation for Wuxi Xiehe Kindergarten.
Firstly, the meeting was chaired by Chen Tao, the head of the Supervision Department of Xishan District Education Bureau to clarify the comprehensive supervision objectives and announce the agenda for this activity. Subsequently, the expert group listened to a special report by Principal Jane Zhu of Wuxi Xiehe Kindergarten on the effectiveness of the three-year developmental work of the kindergarten.
This comprehensive supervision covers seven aspects including the direction of kindergarten operation, conservation safety, and education process. Qian Qin serves as the on-site supervision leader and invited expert Zhang Shiping to participate in the guidance throughout the entire process. The expert group conducted an on-site inspections in every corner of the kindergarten, walked into the classrooms to listen to lessons and intuitively understood the daily teaching activities, environmental design, and care for children’s lives in the kindergarten; At the same time, carefully reviewed various ledger materials and verify the implementation details of various tasks. During the process, experts collected opinions and suggestions extensively through questionnaires from parents and faculty, as well as individual interviews with children and teachers, to ensure a comprehensive and objective evaluation.
After completing the special verification, the members of the supervision team formed preliminary evaluation opinions based on on-site inspection records, half-day activity evaluations, questionnaire data, and interview content.
During the feedback process, members of the supervision team summarized and explained the evaluation results one by one to Principal Meng Xiaodong, Vice Principal Zhou Zuyu, Secretary Lu Lei of Wuxi Xiehe Bilingual School, and Principal Jane Zhu of Wuxi Xiehe Kindergarten. They fully affirmed the significant achievements of the kindergarten in the development of the school over the past three years, and pointed out the detailed problems in some aspects.
Subsequently, Principal Meng Xiaodong of Wuxi Xiehe Bilingual School had in-depth exchanges with members of the supervision team, exchanging opinions with the supervision experts on specific directions for optimizing the school management, implementation paths for upgrading the curriculum structure, and key elements for improving teacher training. At the same time, Han Qi, Deputy Director of Anzhen Street Office, also made a speech, stating that Anzhen Street will fully support Wuxi Xiehe Kindergarten and promote the over-all improvement of the regional preschool education quality.
This comprehensive supervision is not only a comprehensive inspection of the existing work of Wuxi Xiehe Kindergarten, but also provides professional direction for the optimization of the kindergarten’s operation path and filling the development gaps in the future. The kindergarten will take this supervision as an opportunity to sort out feedback and implement improvement measures and continue to move forward on the path of standardized management and high-quality development.
