【Primary】The first graders join the SUIS Family

As the cicadas of summer fade away, the whispers of autumn quietly arrive. The campus welcomes a new batch of energetic young students. With their anticipation for primary school life, the first graders join the SUIS Family, embarking on a new chapter as happy primary school students.

PART.01 First Impressions

The August sunshine shines brightly, spilling over the campus like a golden river, illuminating the brightest smiles of the new first graders.

On August 28, the first day of registration for first graders, the children, carrying their new backpacks, were nervous yet beamed with innocent smiles. Their small figures looked especially lively in the spacious and bright campus.

“Hmm, which class is mine? Who is my teacher?

In the ceremonious classrooms, the teachers’ warm welcome helped the children relax.

PART.02 A Wonderful Start

To help the young newcomers quickly familiarize themselves with the school, their teachers, their classmates, and their classrooms, and to adjust to primary school life, the school organized a three-day new student experience event.

The classrooms were filled with laughter as the children immersed themselves in the thoughtfully designed lessons. From the warm greetings of their first encounters with teachers to the subtle influence of school culture; from cultivating daily habits to showcasing student etiquette; from exploring the school environment to getting familiar with every corner of the campus…

On the final day of the experience, accompanied by their parents, the children enjoyed a variety of engaging and challenging ELA courses. Equestrian riding, golf, soccer, bowling—so many dazzling activities.

Team-building games helped the class spirit gradually come together. From building with straws, playing the thrilling musical chairs game, and grouping numbers to the ever-fun rainbow parachute, the initially unfamiliar classmates became more familiar and cohesive.

The exciting courses gave the young students a deeper understanding of their new role as primary school students and fostered hope that they would embark on their primary journey smoothly, setting sail towards a bright future.

PART.03 Learning Through Fun

In the first week of school, under the teachers’ kind smiles and patient guidance, the children grew in their sense of belonging and have already become qualified primary school students.

Look at their correct sitting posture; see the straight lines of their marching; listen to the beautiful reading voices.

The two-day military training impressed the instructors with the energy packed into these small bodies.

With standard stances, coordinated movements, and loud slogans, each child strictly demanded the best from themselves. We believe the children are now more patient, persistent, and united than before.

At this moment, time is just right.

In the future, with confidence, we will spread our wings and soar.

SUIS will be with you, fulfilling all that is wonderful.
