Year after year, time flies to the end of 2018, and the bell will soon ring in 2019. Last Friday, the winter concert arrived as scheduled. This was especially felt behind the scenes. On the same stage, but with different programs, we witnessed the growth of our children. Concorde has gone through the sixth year. The first student of that year is now the eldest brother and elder sister on the stage. This time, they brought their warm Christmas work “Elf,” which was adapted and rehearsed by themselves and produced via PPT. Backstage, you could feel the children’s excitement and sense of achievement. The first grade program has been highly recognized by everyone. A group of seven-and-eight-year-olds rehearsed many times without any stage fright. The dancers were in a neat formation, and their expressions and actions were in place. For example, the program “Concorde Style” not only shows the spirit of Concorde students, but also shows the successors of the Chinese nation. “Mr. Liang qichao’s Teenager China Talk” from more than 100 years ago still echoes in our ears.
One of the main features of this winter concert is the variety of programs. It is very important to mobilize the strength of our great team and bring together everyone’s wisdom. The concert is no longer a few teachers organizing it, but all the head teachers and parents are involved. Obviously, the effect is amazing. The excellent works on the stage, including the lighting show, all come from the unique creativity and high-grade artistic appreciation of the head teachers and parents. The combination of Peking Opera and Hip-hop Dance in “My New Clothes,” the English drama “Christmas Ghost,” and the finale chorus “Ode to the Motherland,” all reflect the educational concept of east meets west.
through the concert, you can feel everyone joined together into a cohesive unit, much like a strong rope. This strength comes from the close cooperation between home and school and from daily cooperation between teachers. In order to do a great job, it took a lot of outstanding dedication, creative confidence, democracy and equality, and the support and mutual assistance of everyone!

Bring us together a retrospect of the past warm heart activity during the concert，such as Wuxi small animal association will lead students to take care of and adopt homeless small animals. They also collect and sort out idle books 、clothes and donate them to Daliangshan of Sichuan province and Tibet.
