At the beginning of the session, an on-site survey was conducted. The most pressing classroom management challenges concerning the teachers, such as “procrastination on homework,” “lack of concentration,” “severe emotional volatility,” and “clique phenomena,” were presented in a word cloud, precisely pinpointing the focus of discussion. Teachers engaged in group discussions, centering on these four common dilemmas. By combining theories from the book with specific cases, they delved into the psychological roots behind the problems and explored practical solutions.

During the rotating co-creation session marked by the flow of wisdom, teachers in each group, guided by introductions from their “table leaders,” engaged in “identifying flaws” and “enhancing” the existing proposals. They integrated collective experience to continuously iterate and upgrade their strategies. Sparks of thought collided in the exchange, transforming originally abstract theories into actionable checklists one after another.
