Huge congratulations to our outstanding middle school robotics teams on their excellent performance in the Robotics Challenge! Two teams have qualified for the World Robotics Championship in Beijing, August 2026!

Our students demonstrated extraordinary skills, creativity and teamwork, winning high honors and making our school proud.

01 1st Prize Winners

Aaron, Lucas, Max won Gold Medal and qualified for the 2026 World Robotics Championship in Beijing.

This honor came unexpectedly, yet it was also a natural outcome. In just one week, three people started from scratch. We are grateful to our coach for her trust and guidance, which illuminated our direction when we were lost. Those late nights spent working side by side: drawing diagrams, adjusting parameters, starting over when the code crashed, and dismantling and reassembling the robot when it malfunctioned. When the score was finalized at 3:0, we understood that a gold medal is not a gift of miracle, but the crystallization of trust and dedication. Robotics taught us that speed does not depend on how long you prepare, but on whether you give your all when you set out. For the World Championships, we are ready!

02 2nd Prize Winners

Carter, Eric, Justin won Silver Medal and qualified for the 2026 World Robotics Championship in Beijing.

The road to preparation was full of twists and turns: sudden changes in rules and discontinued parts forced us to urgently source second-hand kits, debug through the night, and install protective wheel guards under the cover of darkness. On the competition floor, our very first match was against a formidable opponent. Amidst the loud humming of the robot’s gears, we forcefully pushed the “enemy ball” into the scoring zone, securing a victory in our debut. However, in the next round, we fell victim to the opponents’ “wheel-clamping” tactic; our robot was immobilized, leading to a regrettable defeat. Ultimately, we clinched the silver medal with a record of three wins and one loss.Holding the medal, We are filled with mixed emotions. We are deeply grateful for our teachers’ meticulous guidance and our teammates’ unwavering support. This silver medal is not only an affirmation of our sweat and hard work but also the starting point of a new journey. Moving forward, we will carry this resilience and strive to write a new chapter of glory at the competition in Beijing!
