Before the official opening, the stall operation teams from Grades 4 and 5 entered a “trial run” phase. This was not just preparation, but a mini project-based learning experience. Each group explained their game rules, question bank setup, and reward mechanism to the inspecting teachers. After passing the inspection, each team proudly received its “Business License”. They gained planning, teamwork, and responsibility.

During break times, the hallways turned into challenge energy stations. One of the core purposes of this event was to assess students’ language foundations through gamified evaluation. Students used their spare moments to move between various challenge stations. Each success meant using real English. They learned with joy and gained confidence and motivation by earning Wonder Coins.

In the spring breeze, the gym was transformed into an “English Wonder Market”. In this immersive English environment, children had to use English to ask about rules and cooperate. Laughter and spelling chants filled the gym. Students learned by doing and improved their cross-cultural communication.

Creative and enthusiastic stall owners received the “5-Star Service Owner” title. The activity not only taught knowledge but also affirmed each child’s unique strengths. Every participating child walked away with their Wonder Coins and, more importantly, invaluable confidence. Every child left with Wonder Coins and, more importantly, confidence. True glory lies not in material rewards, but in every shining moment of daring to speak up and cooperating with others.

This wonderful journey achieved its core goal: English is no longer just dull words and grammar — it is a playful, creative, shareable friend. The love for learning and exploring was ignited. Wonder Coins are gone, but the magic of language and seeds of confidence have taken root. See you next year!
