On April 9, 2021, The 4th Poetry Recitation of WUIS——Seek the Sound of Spring, Sing the Joy of Spring, raise the curtain in the Grand Theater. In such a beautiful season, we are gathered together to feel the breath of spring and spend a wonderful time together. Accompanied by the music, what firstappearedwasthe dance ‘Peach Blossoms are Blossoming’ brought to you by the first grade children.
At the beginning, the P1A children read ‘Spring Blossoms’ with full spirit and innocent tones
Then, P1B children, immersed in soft music, began to recite ‘Go, to see the Spring’. Furthermore, the arrangements of the team is refreshing, the content aroused the resonance of all the students.
Next, the children of P1C began to read aloud ‘Butterflies and Bees’ under the brisk melody.
The children of P1D with a cheerful melody read the ‘Spring Rain Ticking ’.
In the season of birds twitter and fragrance of flowers, the children of P2A class read the ‘Spring in the Book of Songs’ into their sweet songs and rubbed them into their graceful dancing.
The ancient poetry can not only be read, but also can be sang very beautifully! P2B class children recited ‘New Singing of Tang poetry-Spring Dawn’.
Spring rain quietly came to the world and moistened all things. The P2C students performed ‘Happy Rain on Spring Night’ with their unique dance and chanting.
Spring breeds life and hope. P2D children use the poem ‘Ode to Willows’ to praise the vitality of spring.
The P3A students brought a poem ‘Green, Dream’ for us in a voice that was sometimes passionate and sometimes soft.
The P3B students smiled and showed us a song “You are the April day of the world”, which made the students feel the greatness of maternal love in the sound of the poem.
The children in P3C class recited the loveliest spirit of spring —— ‘Swallow’ .
Spring is not only a season, but also a mood. P3D class brought the recitation of ‘spring’, makes us feel fresh and impressive.
The audience of parents and children also actively participated in this activity. Children and parents, with smiles on their faces, added a different Spring scenery to this season.
The activity lasted for two hours. The students of each class interpreted the theme of the activity in different ways – ‘Seek the Sound of Spring, Sing the Joy of Spring’. Inherit the classics, blend Chinese and Western, show yourself. Adhering to this educational philosophy, the school has created more stages for the children to show themselves and achieve their agility, confidence and beauty. This activity has not only enriched the students’ after-school cultural life and cultivated everyone’s sentiment, but also let the children feel the beauty of spring. At the same time it carried forward the charm of poetry in traditional culture and art.
