Art functions as a barometer. Comparing a painting “full of emotion” against “just finishing an assignment”, the impression conveyed to the audience is completely different. The fine arts teachers of Xiehe promotes the educational concept of integrating the best of Chinese and Western cultures and art by leading the students of Xiehe to immerse themselves into different art movements and techniques. They guide students to develop the habits of independent observation, thinking and evaluation while devoting themselves to understanding the unique interests and challenges of each student and in so doing students experience a confident and supportive environment to create sophisticated works. We are saying farewell to this year’s efforts and the challenges we endured together. We will build up our strength to set foot on a new path of exploration in the new academic year.
