We are delighted to host the Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC) every year, as an exam center in the Eastern China region and delighted for receiving very good results from our students.
This September, 279 students have attended AMC 2019 at Wuxi United International School from the various schools, where 88 candidates from WUIS secondary enrolled for this competition.
We feel proud to announce that 3 WUIS students received DISTINCTION award, 18 received CREDIT award and 65 students have won PROFICIENCY award.
The Australian Mathematics Trust (AMT) and ASDAN China have cooperated to bring the AMC to China from 2017. Around 14000 students from more than 590 schools in China have participated in AMC 2018, and more than 60% of participants received awards. http://www.seedasdan.org/en/

In this competition, the students had met both of questions from usual maths classes and the mathematical logic problems that appeared in the extra-curricular. In the training of students on the basis of mathematical knowledge, but also let them experience the fun of mathematics.
