The world is full of numbers, and it is constantly changing. We keep exploring to achieve the wisdom of life and appreciate the wonderful mathematic world through challenges. Incredible Math allows us to use and show our thinking abilities and ena-ble us to enjoy the charm of mathematics. The third WUIS Incredible Math Competi-tion is in full swing, enriching the passionate campus culture.
The third WUIS Incredible Math Competition kicked off at 12:00 on 28th Sep-tember at the school grand theatre! Contestants included students from Grade 3 to Grade 6. Each team had six members from each class. They were smart and brave on the stage, exploring the fun of math. Through different rounds of competitions, in-cluding the audio-visual, individual, quick response, team and bonus round, they worked like “small experts in solving problems”. Parents who came to watch the battle brainstormed together and challenged themselves to answer the questions online as well.

After two hours of fierce competition, every player and guest in the competition interpreted the theme of this Incredible Math Competition, which was to “Enjoy the fun of maths and grow with wisdom”. Finally, 4 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 5 third prizes were selected, and Ms. Angel, Mr. Zhou, Ms.Ella, Mr. Edwards and Ms. Jen-nifer presented them with awards.
The stage of this competition fully demonstrated the self-confidence and wonderfulness of WUIS students, and ignited the infinite fun of learning math. The third WUIS Incredible Math Competition came to a successful conclusion, and we look forward to another wonderful math trip in the coming year.
