Q:This is the first time you have participated in the competition and achieved such a good result. Can you share your experience in preparing for the competition?
A:In the preparation process, I searched and recorded the meaning and pronunciation of each word. This could effectively enhance my proficiency in the words. In addition, I reviewed continuously. I reviewed the words whenever I was free. I focused on the unfamiliar words so that I could remember them easily.

A:In fact, there was a lot of pressure. In the beginning of the preparation process, I did not have a better command of the words than the other team members. This made me feel uneasy. So, during the epidemic, I ran through as many words as I could. With adequate preparation, I could wait confidently for the upcoming match.
Q:What have you gained most from this competition?
A:I am very lucky to have participated in this competition because it not only increased my vocabulary, but it also made me understand the importance of hard work and persistence. The unknown is not the most terrible; the most terrible thing is if you are not prepared.
