Check the scene for immediate danger and assess the victim’s consciousness.2. Send for help.To contact emergency services, call 120.3. Check for breathing. make sure that the airway is not blocked.Note: If the victim is coughing or breathing normally, do not perform CPR.4. Administering CPR
1)Place the victim on his or her back. Make sure he or she is lying as flat as possible.
2)Place the heel of one hand on the victim’s breastbone, 2 finger-widths above the meeting area of the lower ribs, exactly between the normal position of the nipples.Then Place your second hand on top of the first hand, palms-down, interlock the fingers of the second hand between the first.3)Position your body directly over your hands, so that your arms are straight and somewhat rigid. Perform 30 chest compressions.Push hard at a rate of 100 to 120 compressions a minute5. Give two rescue breaths (optional).Note: Give two rescue breaths after your 30 chest compressions.6.Continuing the Process Until Help Arrives.You should do CPR for 2 minutes (5 cycles of compressions to breaths) before spend time checking for signs of life.二. The Heimlich maneuver (abdominal thrusts) is an emergency response technique that can save a life in seconds.三.Treating Minor BurnsBurns are a common but extremely painful injury, which require special care to prevent infection and reduce the severity of scarring.1. Run cool water over the burn for 20-30 minute.2. Remove tight clothing or jewelry quickly. 3. Apply a cold compress.4. Clean the burn and Lightly cover the burn with ointment and then gauze.Note:Avoid using home remedies like egg whites, butter, and tea.Time is life.
