Uniform and Presentation
Full school uniform is worn whilst at school, and when travelling to and from school.
All students are required to go in and out of the school gates in their school uniform.
All boarding students are required to keep in school their uniform and spare items of school uniform to enable them to be in the correct school uniform every school day.

Failure to do so is dealt with initially by withholding of rewards, contacting parents or students being removed from the school community until full uniform is worn. If your child is out of uniform, please ensure that he/she is provided with a note that gives the school the reason and the date by which time your child is back in full uniform.
Girl’s uniform: Skirt, white long/short-sleeved shirt, V-neck pullover, trousers, blazer, a tie, a winter coat, black shoes (no white soles or sneakers) and black boots in winter. No bright colours or trims. No clothing that is not school issued uniform.
Boy’s uniform: Trousers, shorts, white long/short-sleeved shirt, V-neck pullover, blazer, sweatshirt, jacket, a tie, a winter coat, black shoes (no white soles or sneakers) and black boots in winter. No bright colours or trims. No clothing that is not school issued uniform.
Sportswear: school PE top, shorts, jogging pants and jacket, house sports top.
School uniform is worn every day, for all formal occasions and field trips unless otherwise instructed.

•Torn, cut or scruffy clothing is not permitted.
•For students’ own safety only simple ear studs may be worn.
•One single neck chain may be worn under the uniform.
•Hair should be neatly cut and clean.
•No visible tattoos
•No extreme hair styles or colours are permitted
•Caps/hats are not worn in the lessons.
•Only school uniform scarves can be worn in school.
•Students may wear coats and jackets to school, but they are to be removed for the lessons.
•Bright and excessive nail varnish or makeup is not allowed.
•Any extremes in appearance will not be accepted.
