Education is a warm practice, and moral education is a crucial cornerstone among them. In WUIS, moral education work is in full swing with frequent highlights, laying a solid foundation for students’ growth.
At the beginning of the new semester, homeroom teachers carefully prepared for the work plan sharing meeting to draw a clear blueprint for class management. In the middle of the semester, the homeroom teacher salon activities of “intelligently managing class cadres” and “wisely being head teachers” became a stage for teachers to exchange and learn from each other. Each month, the grade group responsible for that month will take turns to share matters related to the beauty of WUIS, so that the concept of moral education can be integrated into daily life. At the end of the semester, everyone together again to summarize work experience, forming a complete and efficient work closed loop. Everyone unreservedly shares their experience and wisdom, jointly solving the problems in class management.
The school also actively invites industry experts to help teachers grow. Teacher Chen Mo visited twice and gave lectures on themes such as paying attention to special needs students, improving teachers’ literacy, and focusing on student growth. Teachers listened carefully and absorbed professional knowledge. The positive discipline series courses brought by Teacher Jin Junhong also attracted the active participation of all homeroom teachers, injecting new vitality into class management.
We are comprehensively promoting moral education work with solid actions to escort students’ future development. It is believed that in such an educational environment, students will surely thrive and become moral and responsible pillars of society.
