Last February 2, 2018, teachers from SUIS – Wuxi brought a special gift for everyone, a wonderful and creative show about the Monkey King in Chinese New Year.

The story began from the Monkey King who did nothing except bring trouble to everyone. With this, Guanyin tricked Monkey King by putting on a golden hoop on his head as a punishment. He can only take it off once he collected the 12 Fu Characters.

                                       

Monkey king met many people and difficulties to get his hands on the 12 Fu characters. In the process of acquiring them, he was able to help many people that made him grow and understand the meaning of life.

The children enjoyed watching and engaging in the show!

Use of some APPS such as B612, DIDI, and Alipay brought laughter during the show.  Parents thought it’s funny and creative to include present technology to the classic story of the Monkey King.

With teachers’ dance and acting skills, the glamorous costumes, scripts, etc. we can say that the show was a HUGE SUCCESS!
